The Trust is inviting for competition the theoretical, empirical and policy-oriented papers in the field of the public sector economics. Papers can analyse the role and functioning of the public sector at macroeconomic, sectoral and microeconomic levels, in both advanced and emerging market economies. Particularly sought are papers providing new ways of looking at things, new assessments, judgements and knowledge.
The qualities looked for in submissions are analytical rigour and creativity, as well as originality and technical proficiency.
Only original and unpublished works can be considered.
In the judging for the regular prize, the age of the entrants will be taken into consideration, younger contestants receiving extra points.
The competition is public, and the papers must be submitted under a codename.
